HALLOWEENTIME

Halloween preperation has begun. My take on this time of year:

Considering I don't do anything for this time of year (I've only been trick 'o' treating twice) some find it really weird that I like Halloween so much and get excited for it, more than Christmas or birthdays.
I do love this time of year; autumn is my favourite season and Halloween comes with it.

The haunted parties, scary costumes and of course sweets and chocolate.

When you think of Halloween time you think pumpkins, whether you traditionally carve one or not. I've always wanted to get a pumpkin.

Spooky atmosphere of Halloween and looking at all the Halloween decorations.

Sweets and chocolate treats.

CANDY APPLES!

You know Autumn is here and winter is not far so a hot cup of coffee/tea when you come inside from the cold weather to warm up is perfect.

What is your favourite part of Halloween?

PARIS 2013 PART 2: Views from Arc de Triomphe & Visiting the Louvre

The city of lights.

The second day of exploring this city I saw it from the top of the Arc de Triomphe. The stairs to reach the top took forever but it is worth it!

We took the same hop on and off bus which took us around the same path but took it to the end to get the chance to see what we didn't see the day before.

This included The Louvre, Nortre Dame and Love Lock bridge!

The museum is so big I didn't get time to look at all of it so I skip to the most famous painting - Mona Lisa.

Love Lock Bridge

Notre Dame
This is one of the cities I absolutely love being in and can't wait to visit again some day.

Have you ever visited Paris, what was your favourite part?

PARIS 2013 PART 1: Champs Élysées & Views from the Eiffel Tower

Almost two years ago now and one of my favourites cities I've been to!

This was a quick weekend away for my 16th birthday and ever since I've wanted to go back. Two days was enough to get a glimpse of everything but for me I like to spend longer and take my time exploring especially in a city I love.

The hop off and on tour bus is a great way to see everything, almost every major tourist city has these buses now.

Our hotel room was a good location as we could walk down the road to the major shopping road and next to the Opera House.

Down the Champs Elysees

To the Arc de Triomphe which I went to the top of!

The minute I saw even a little of the Eiffel Tower I was amazed, I have wanted to see it for so long!

I love see the views from above of places so any chance I must! The Eiffel Tower is an amazing view!

I was adamant to see the tower at night and we had dinner on a river boat right next it.

Of course I went to The Louvre and Notre Dame which will be in part 2! Which cities have you been to, what were they like?
