CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY 2014 PART 2: Exploring & Visting Gibraltar

Part two to my Christmas holiday:
We visited Gibraltar which was great to see as it does belong to Britain and the shopping is tax free!
From here we could see the tip of Africa!

The tip of Africa behind the ship.

Gibraltar is famous for seeing 'the top of the rock' where apes/monkeys are free to do whatever they want.

The view from 'the top of the rock' was amazing. I love going to higher ground just to capture the views.

We went on a trip to see some lakes which were stunning, you would never think it was there:

Luckily the sun came out just as we arrived here, great for photos ;)

On some of our last days I took some last minute pictures of Malaga, Spain:
I love seeing the mountain drop background whenever I come Spain.
I loved sharing my holiday photos! Where did you last go on holiday and what was it like?

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY 2014 PART 1: The Beach & Christmas Decorations

It's no secret I love to travel and ever since I was little I've been lucky enough to go on holidays about twice a year - during summer and Christmas holidays.
This year for Christmas I went to Malaga in Spain - we've been going to different parts of Spain for a good few years for Christmas now as the weather isn't really hot but anywhere is better than England and further north with all the rain and windy conditions, it never snows :( !
Here are some pictures of the beach around where I stayed; it was nice just to have walks on the beach and a change of scenery than just England which is just dull this time of year.
It was of course Christmas time and over there they had there only square area with an ice rink and Christmas decorations :)
There is loads of amazing sand art, not just here but in different parts of Spain I've been to.
Hope you had a great Christmas, let me know what you did for Christmas! One year I would love to stay in England at home but not going to say no to travelling and exploring new places :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Here's to my first post of 2015!

A few weeks ago I Got MAC Painterly Paint Pot which is a flesh-toned colour. If you don't know what MAC Paint Pot is, it is a cream eye shadow, which sets to a matte finish.
I had been eyeing it up for ages now and finally decided to purchase one. Almost everyday since I've got it I have been using it; alone and with other powder eye shadows on top.

This product blends easily and covers veins with a thin layer. It has last me all day without a eyelid primer and great to use everyday for a neutral look, for my NC42-44 skin tone it adds that subtle neutral colour I was looking for.
I've notice a thin layered applied to my lid works great as a single colour. As a base for other eye shadows it works great too however too much of this cream eye shadow applied, it can get creased, settling into the your fine lines.

For the price I think it is worth it and I personally love using this product. Let me know what you think of this product if you have tried it out!
